Storage after 15GB/mailbox pooled is billed monthly at $.35/GB. So, for instance, if you have 10 mailboxes, any storage above 150GB is considered extra storage, billed at the additional, per GB rate. We bill for extra storage because: 1) we maintain at least 7 days of backups, which means we must often store more than 2x your total data; and 2) our service allows individual mailboxes to exceed that of most of our competitors, we currently support customers with mailboxes over 100GB!

The 30-mailbox starting price does not require your organization to use nor have 30 mailboxes or team members, it only means our pricing for Exclusive Hosting starts from 25 mailboxes-- you could have a single mailbox, and until you add a 31st mailbox, you will be billed for 30 mailboxes each month. Additional mailboxes are billed at the per mailbox rate, so 35 mailboxes, for instance, are billed at 35 x the per mailbox rate for Exclusive Hosting.
